Real Heli Skiing
Chatter Creek began heli skiing in 2005. Our heli ski area surrounds the existing
Cat Skiing area, borders on Banff National Park and includes terrain that
Chatter Creek snowcat skiers have long admired from the heights of the
Vertebrae Glacier.
Our proximity to the Continental Divide gives our mountains an average
settled snow pack of 4 meters every winter. The Columbia Icefields
brings cool temperatures to our area and keeps
the powder dry late in the winter.
Our Heli skiing terrain offers much, much more of the
high-elevation skiing and snow conditions that have
made Chatter Creek Snowcat Skiing so well known.
Our guests are encouraged to add a one-day
heli skiing day either at the beginning of
their cat skiing holiday or at the end.
Please call our office for details on
how you add to your
Chatter Creek
experience!
